THE ROLE:
A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Construction Solicitor to join a highly rated team and deal with a diverse caseload of construction related matters on behalf of a varied client base. With strong experience across all aspects of construction law, the appointed Construction Solicitor will have proven technical expertise covering the broad remit of construction law including both contentious and non-contentious related construction matters.


THE CANDIDATE:
Ideal Construction Solicitors will have at least 3 years PQE in dealing with a varied caseload of construction related matters. Ideally you will have strong experience in dealing with non-contentious and construction related matters. You will have experience of dealing with main standard form construction contracts, non-contentious / transactional construction advice, JCT and NEC matters. You will have gained relevant experience within a reputable regional or national practice recognised for their construction offerings.
