THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Solicitor to join our highly rated team and handle a diverse caseload of construction-related matters on behalf of a varied client base. The appointed Construction Solicitor will have strong experience across all aspects of construction law, including both contentious and non-contentious related construction matters.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Deal with a varied caseload of construction-related matters
• Provide strong experience in dealing with non-contentious and construction-related matters
• Experience of dealing with main standard form construction contracts, non-contentious/transactional construction advice, JCT and NEC matters
• Relevant experience within a reputable regional or national practice recognized for their construction offerings
THE CANDIDATE:
Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of PQE in dealing with a varied caseload of construction-related matters. They will have strong experience in dealing with non-contentious and construction-related matters. They will have experience of dealing with main standard form construction contracts, non-contentious/transactional construction advice, JCT and NEC matters. They will have gained relevant experience within a reputable regional or national practice recognized for their construction offerings.
