About Aviva and the Role
We are looking for an experienced Analytics Lead to join our team at Aviva Health. As Analytics Lead, you will play a crucial role in helping us build our understanding of healthcare suppliers who offer our customers the best quality of clinical outcomes and simplicity of patient journey, while balancing sustainability of cost and affordability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on analytics to shape and deliver on projects covering topics such as supplier selection, pathway management, operational efficiency, and cost leakage detection.
- Be a key business partner working seamlessly across the Aviva Health business to build relationships and provide expertise to deliver great business outcomes.
- Manage and develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Communicate and influence skills, both internally and externally.
- Work independently or as part of a team to deliver outcomes.
What We Offer
- Starting salary between £40,000 - £50,000 (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications).
- Bonus opportunity – 10% of annual salary - Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
- Generous pension scheme - Aviva will contribute up to 14%, depending on what you put in.
- 29 days holiday plus bank holidays, and you can choose to buy or sell up to 5 days.
