Key Responsibilities:- Lead by example, promoting person-centred care and planning in conjunction with residents and their key workers.
- Liaise with key stakeholders in health and social care to ensure seamless support and care delivery.
- Ensure regulatory and organisational standards are met, promoting best practice and excellence in care.
- Promote resident involvement through decision-making processes and access to relevant services and information.
- Foster positive relationships with staff, residents, relatives, and visitors.
- Collaborate with the Home Manager to ensure economic viability, maximising income and monitoring expenditure.
- Recruit, develop, and manage quality staff to meet service needs, ensuring compliance with HR and L&D policies.
- Act as Home Manager in their absence, ensuring effective management of the home.
- Contribute to special projects and change programmes in support of the Group's objectives.
- Previous experience in a nursing setting, with strong operational management experience.
- Understanding of relevant legislative requirements.
- Proven experience of managing and developing teams.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate a positive and accepting approach to clients with diverse needs.
- An excellent salary of £47,000 per annum.
