Are you an experienced HR professional looking to make a real impact in the education sector?

Les Petites Etoiles Bilingual Montessori is seeking a dedicated HR Manager for a maternity cover to join our family of five nurseries in Central London.

As the HR Manager, you will take overall responsibility for managing and developing all aspects of Human Resources across the nurseries, from onboarding to payroll, employee wellbeing, and compliance.

You will provide guidance and advice to managers and employees on HR matters, including policies, procedures, and employee wellbeing. Additionally, you will participate in the recruitment processes, including advertising, interviewing, visa documentation, and safer recruitment compliance.

Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as 7 weeks of holidays and a pension scheme.

Key Responsibilities
