Key Responsibilities
The Hospitality Operations Manager will be responsible for:

* Leading and managing all hospitality services, including matchday operations, VIP experiences, and corporate events
* Supervising and motivating a team of 8 permanent hospitality staff and up to 260 casual staff members
* Collaborating with catering, events, and event teams to create bespoke packages for clients, enhancing customer experiences
* Managing budgets, staffing, and stock control, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality
* Monitoring guest feedback and implementing improvements to enhance overall service levels
* Ensuring all hospitality areas meet health and safety standards, as well as licensing requirements
* Acting as a brand ambassador for Levy, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience
