We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Knowledge Instructor to join our team in our Medical Repair Service Centre (MRS). As a Technical Knowledge Instructor, you will be responsible for enabling technicians to perform inspection, installation, maintenance and repairs by conducting high-quality license training in accordance with the manufacturers' recommended standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality training programs.
  • Identify and implement effective training methods.
  • Prepare training courses and materials.
  • Deliver training in virtual and real classroom settings.
  • Assess delegate learning and provide feedback.
Requirements
  • Experience in training and developing others in a technical environment.
  • Strong knowledge of medical devices and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
