About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) function. As the Head of EDI, you will play a key role in advancing our EDI strategy and fostering a culture of inclusivity across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership to advance EDI initiatives and develop a comprehensive EDI strategy
- Foster an inclusive workplace culture and drive cultural change
- Ensure compliance with local and national policies and legislation
- Analyse data and identify areas for improvement, engaging with underrepresented groups and fostering partnerships with external organisations
- Develop and implement EDI training programs and policies
- Manage relationships at a senior level and maintain excellent communication and working relationships
