Job Title: Legal Secretary Family and Litigation

Our client, a reputable law firm, is seeking an experienced Secretary to join their busy team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the Family Law team, handling a wide range of tasks with precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and send correspondence to clients and other firms of solicitors
  2. Typing and completing legal documents with accuracy and efficiency
  3. Manage the Solicitors' and fee-earners' diaries, making appointments and arranging meetings
  4. Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to queries in a professional manner
  5. Handle incoming and outgoing post, including filing and archiving documents
  6. Assist with accounts, typing client bills, completing timesheets, and organizing payments and expenses
  7. Perform other administrative duties, including photocopying, filing, and data entry
Requirements:

Excellent typing skills and experience working in a legal environment are essential. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to work effectively in a busy team.
