About the Job

We are currently seeking a Mechanical Handling Specialist to join our team in Plymouth. As a Mechanical Handling Specialist, you will play a key role in overseeing the mechanical handling and mooring design & manufacturing works for a major infrastructure project.

Your primary responsibility will be to plan, direct, manage, and oversee the implementation of these works to ensure they are completed within the prescribed schedule, budget, and defined health, safety, and quality parameters. You will also be responsible for managing client and project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Key Requirements
  • Experience in delivering mechanical handling/crane or other projects within a marine environment.
  • A strong understanding of relevant crane design and quality industry standards.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage client and project stakeholders.

We offer a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
