Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join H.M. Treasury's Resourcing Team as a Recruitment Manager.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to ensure timely and effective delivery of resources.

You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies to meet those needs.

Additionally, you will manage the GESR recruitment systems, ensuring that processes are working effectively for end-users, and that the recruitment team are appropriately trained.
