Join Rohan as a Sales Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at Rohan, a leading outdoor brand.

About the Role:

  • As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.
  • You will be the face of Rohan, ensuring that our customers receive a warm and welcoming experience in our stores.
  • You will be expected to maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to advise customers on our range of outdoor gear.
  • You will work closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to customers.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to advise customers on our range of outdoor gear.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.
  • Ensure that the store is maintained to a high standard, including stockrooms and visual merchandising.
  • Be capable of clear and concise written and verbal communication.
  • Be an excellent timekeeper and have full awareness of security issues.
  • Give advice and suggestions where necessary and engage with customers to make them feel welcome.

Requirements:

  • Good organisational and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills, gained within a retail environment, ideally within the outdoor industry.
  • Previous retail experience preferred but not essential.
  • Good selling skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well-presented and able to work in a team environment.
  • Interest in the outdoors preferred but not essential.
  • Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts.
  • Good communication skills and IT literacy.
  • Friendly and outgoing personality, with an approachable and customer-focused attitude.
