We're seeking a talented Sales Adviser/Retail Advisor to join our team at Yours Clothing, a leading retailer of plus-size fashion. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a vital role in promoting our brand and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimise sales and individual customer purchases to drive revenue growth
  • Engage customers through exceptional customer service, building strong relationships and loyalty
  • Operate the till and handle financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Replenish stock with our fantastic products and specialist brands, ensuring a seamless shopping experience
  • Assist with deliveries and stock handling, working collaboratively with the team to meet business needs
  • Undertake cleaning and housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Ensure compliance with all company procedures, including health and safety protocols
  • Take responsibility for personal development, actively seeking opportunities for improvement and growth

  • Proven ability to work well within a team, using initiative and creativity to achieve goals
  • Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high-pressure environment, with a focus on delivering results
  • Experience in a customer service role, with face-to-face customer contact, is highly desirable
  • Experience in a retail environment, with a quality brand, is desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge and understanding of High Street fashion, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends
