Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience.

About the Role

This is a part-time position, working approximately 3 days a week. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Set up meeting rooms and show clients to them
  • Take in post and deliveries

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Basic computer skills
