Job Title: Learning Support Assistant - Foundation Stage 2 Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and caring Learning Support Assistant to provide one-to-one support for a pupil in Foundation Stage 2. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to enhance the pupil's educational experience and promote their social and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one assistance to a pupil in Foundation Stage 2 to enhance their educational experience
  • Support the pupil with academic tasks, social interactions, and emotional well-being
  • Engage with the pupil during after-school club activities and provide consistent care and guidance

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school setting
  • Patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach to supporting individual needs
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well with teachers and parents
