We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at Fern Gardens, a 92-bedded nursing home with a good CQC rating.

As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the dual registered manager to oversee the management of the nursing home and provide support to the clinical team. You will be responsible for managing the clinical staff with nursing expertise, organizing and supervising clinical staff, and developing their professional abilities.

Key Responsibilities
-------------------

* Manage the clinical staff with nursing expertise
* Organize and supervise clinical staff and develop their professional abilities
* Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided by nurses and report issues in a timely manner
* Ensure that junior nurses are properly trained
* Identify potential complaints and resolve them before they become a problem for patients, the hospital, or other nurses
* Provide coaching on leadership skills to nursing staff
* Manage conflict resolution and workplace disputes
* Coordinate activities for nurses in related fields and share information with them

Requirements
------------

* A registered nurse with experience of managing a team
* Must have couple years' experience as a senior nurse
* Experienced in quality and clinical governance programmes, including audit and care services
* Experienced in working in the healthcare sector
* Driven and motivated and believe in quality care
* An energetic, committed, and approachable manager
* An inspiring leader who can motivate teams through obvious passion and commitment
