We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Advisor to join our team at Jago Consultants. As an Aftersales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standard of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers and members of the public.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customers with clear and concise information about service and repair work required to their vehicles.
  • Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken, ensuring transparency and trust with customers.
  • Sell additional products as appropriate to customers' needs, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Coordinate with customers to arrange collection and delivery of their vehicles, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Update customer and vehicle records accurately and efficiently.
  • Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy, maintaining compliance and quality standards.
  • Prepare and complete invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience working as a Service Advisor in a similar role.
  • Full driving license, enabling you to travel to various locations as required.
