About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at HealthHarmonie. As a key member of our outpatient services team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients.

Your responsibilities will include greeting and chaperoning patients during appointments, collecting stock and equipment, and providing administrative support to our medical professionals. You will also be responsible for setting up examination rooms and ensuring all reports are completed with accurate outcomes.

**Key Requirements**

  • Previous experience in administration is preferred but not essential
  • IT literate with proficiency in using computer systems and software
  • Ability to work 5 out of 7 days, with shift patterns between 07:00/07:30 - 17:30/18:00
  • Valid driving license and own vehicle for travel to multiple clinic sites
