Lodge Manager

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lodge Manager. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our residents, providing a high level of service and support to ensure their happiness and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the lodge, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate activities and events to enhance the resident experience
- Manage maintenance and repairs, ensuring the lodge is well-maintained and meets the needs of residents
- Work closely with the Area Manager to achieve business objectives and improve resident satisfaction
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a residential or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols
