Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lodge Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment, providing exceptional service to our residents and contributing to the success of our retirement living developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the lodge, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and resident engagement.
- Coordinate activities, events, and services to enhance the quality of life for our residents.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the property, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless and efficient service to residents.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a residential or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.
