Main Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients with mental health needs.

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.

Requirements
- Registered Mental Health Nurse with current registration with the NMC.
- Proven experience in mental health nursing, with a strong understanding of clinical policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and demands.
Desirable Criteria
- Ability to speak Welsh (desirable but not essential).
- Experience in clinical leadership or education.
