Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts with proficiency and creativity, building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operational coordination.
- Present solutions to clients, adapting your style to different audiences.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the transport sector, including its regulatory environment, logistical challenges, and market trends.
- Manage resources, such as vehicle fleets and schedules, to optimize operations and balance costs.
- Strategically plan and adapt to the evolving needs of the transport sector, balancing company goals with client requirements.
- Identify and solve operational challenges in transport, using a combination of learned knowledge and innovative thinking.
- Engage with and learn from operational data, using it to make informed decisions, improve service efficiency, and adapt to changing scenarios in transport logistics.
- Manage risks associated with transport operations, including safety, compliance, and potential service disruptions.
What We Offer
Vectare offers a competitive starting salary of £29,000, with the potential for an increase to £32,000 in year 2, subject to completion of the 12-month probation period.
