We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Aspiring Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at this SEN school. The successful candidate will work as a SEN Learning Support Assistant, supporting a small class and working in partnership with the school's teaching staff and support staff team to deliver specific interventions that aim to boost students' language acquisition.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a challenging yet rewarding setting. You will have the chance to work closely with qualified Speech and Language Therapists (SALT) and develop your skills in delivering interventions to children with speech, language, and communication needs.

The estimated salary for this position is £90-110 per day, Mon-Fri, 08:30 to 16:00, term time only. We welcome applications from graduates with a Psychology, Criminology, or Social Science degree.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the class teacher in providing the learning experience of students
  2. Provide behaviour and pastoral support to students
  3. Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  4. Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized education plans
  5. Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the safeguarding of students
