Job Title: Commercial Catering Engineer

CV Bay Ltd is seeking a skilled Commercial Catering Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance and repair team, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, repairing, and fault-finding of gas and electric kitchen and laundry equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service, maintain, repair, and fault-find gas and electric kitchen and laundry equipment
  • Meet clients and provide excellent customer service
  • Work in a field-based environment
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in commercial catering and laundry equipment maintenance and repair
  • COMCAT 1,3,5 qualifications
  • Commercial ACS Gas Laundry Qualifications: CLE1 / CCLNG1 / CONGLP1PD / COCCLNG1
  • LPG qualification (advantageous)
  • Relevant electrical experience (18th edition electrics, HNC, NVQ, City and Guilds in electrics advantageous)
  • Full Driver's Licence
Package Overview:

We offer a competitive basic salary between £38,000 - £43,000 per annum, depending on experience and location. Our package includes:

  • Competitive basic salary
  • Less than 5 hour working week

  • £250 Tool allowance per annum

On Call:

We operate an on-call rota 1 in 6 (weekends only) with a £100 standby allowance (£50 if not called out).

Overtime Rates:

Paid at 1.5 times the standard rate.

Training and Development:

We provide top-up training and funding if required.
