Job Description

Job Title: CNC Service Engineer - Field Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Service Engineer to join our team as a Field Maintenance Specialist. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients across the UK and worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend service and breakdown visits across the UK and worldwide.
  • Identify and supply replacement parts to customers in a timely manner.
  • Rectify electrical and Siemens software issues.
  • Complete service sheets electronically and submit to the Spares & Service coordinator.
  • Visit key customers regularly to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver an extremely high standard of customer support.
  • Prioritize technical concerns and issues of customers from multiple locations.
  • Attend trade shows as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Positive and outgoing attitude.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and be away from home regularly.
  • CNC Wood Cutting/Machine Tool experience.
  • Field Service Experience - advantageous.
  • Professional and well-presented.
  • Ability to work additional hours to complete projects.
