CNC Service Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Service Engineer to join our team at CV Technical. As a CNC Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and after-sales support to our clients across the UK and worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend service and breakdown visits across the UK and occasionally worldwide.
  • Identify and supply replacement parts to customers in a timely manner.
  • Rectify electrical and Siemens software issues.
  • Complete service sheets electronically on an iPad and submit to the Spares & Service coordinator.
  • Visit key customers regularly to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver an extremely high standard of customer support.
  • Prioritize technical concerns and issues of customers from various locations.
  • Attend trade shows as necessary.
Requirements:
  • A positive and outgoing attitude, even in challenging situations.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and be away from home regularly.
  • CNC Wood Cutting/Machine Tool experience.
  • Field Service experience is advantageous.
  • Professional and well-presented.
  • Ability to work additional hours to complete projects.
