Job Opportunity at Chelsea Hall School

We are seeking a highly experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our team and provide specialist support to primary-aged students with complex needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech and language therapy, with experience working with children with autism, ADHD, and global developmental delay.

You will be responsible for delivering tailored therapy programmes, collaborating with caregivers and teaching staff, and contributing to the development of Individualised Educational Plans (IEPs).

In addition to your therapeutic responsibilities, you will play a key role in supporting school life, including safeguarding and pastoral care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop evidence-based therapy programmes for pupils with diverse speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Manage a caseload of children with varying levels of need, collaborating with school staff to ensure effective support and progress.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, caregivers, and parents to promote effective communication and problem-solving.
