Job Title: Marketing Intelligence Lead

A high growth MarTech company is seeking an experienced Marketing Intelligence Lead to lead their rapidly growing team.

This role involves being the client advocate across solutions and services, acting as a strategic advisor across our client portfolio, nurturing client relationships, and guiding potential partners into the new era of measurement.

You will be responsible for supporting an expanding solutions and services function of the business as it continues to scale. Your focus will be on study process and account management, from insights to impactful deliverables, all while collaborating with teams across the business.

This role suits someone who is analytical, passionate about client service, enjoys creative storytelling with data, and has the desire to learn and challenge themselves in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking charge of the insight process from brief to final delivery and debrief, including designing, writing, and setting up surveys tailored to client needs, managing data collection, analyzing data, and translating results into creative story-driven reports.
  • Testing client hypotheses, uncovering the 'why' behind marketing campaign impacts, and building actionable blueprints for 'what next' using data to identify optimisation levers with creative, targeting, and distribution across the funnel.
Client Satisfaction:
  • Acting as a strategic advisor to clients, providing actionable recommendations for campaigns.
  • Ensuring high client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and managing client expectations.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
Communication and Collaboration:
  • Working with the insight team to drive continuous internal and external excellence and ensuring timely and impactful delivery.
  • Collaborating with the Client Strategy team to drive account growth and maximise impact.
  • Regularly collaborating with key stakeholders, teams across the business, including sales, product, tech, client strategy, and marketing, to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in an insight or research role, preferably in social, marketing, or media environments.
  • Experience designing and implementing research related to brand lift is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional skills in data analysis, Excel, deck creation, and presenting.
  • Proficiency in quantitative research and/or survey design.
  • Excellent organisational, time management skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate data into plain digestible language for non-research stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and data visualisation skills; proficiency in Gsuite and Powerpoint is encouraged.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Desire to learn and perform adjacent function skills, including paid media, content writing, and service design.
  • A passion for social media and influencer industry trends.

Salary: £48,000 - £53,000 per annum
