Children's Community Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Paediatric Nurse to join our team at Thornbury Community Services. As a Paediatric Nurse with complex care experience, you will have the opportunity to work with a 2-and-a-half-year-old girl with a diagnosis of CCHS and Hirschsprungs Disease.
About the RoleAs a Paediatric Nurse with Thornbury Community Services, you will be responsible for delivering bespoke care and support to young people, enabling them to stabilize at home and achieve personal goals. You will work closely with a team of support staff to ensure the highest level of care and support for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality care and support to young people with complex needs
- Work closely with a team of support staff to ensure the highest level of care and support
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the needs of our clients
- Provide education and training to families and carers on complex care needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client care and support
We are looking for a Paediatric Nurse with a minimum of 6 months' experience in the last 2 years, who is passionate, resilient, and highly skilled. You will have experience in tracheostomy care and suctioning, oxygen therapy, and working with children with complex needs.
