Job Title: Head of Art at Ad Warrior

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Art teacher to lead our Art department as Head of Art. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging Art curricula, managing a team of Art teachers, and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.

  • Develop and implement effective Art curricula for students from Year 7 to Upper Sixth.
  • Manage a team of Art teachers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent teaching and learning.
  • Maintain high standards of teaching and learning, ensuring that students reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the school to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the development of the school's Art strategy, working closely with senior leaders to achieve our vision.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Art teacher, with a strong track record of teaching and learning.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
