About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate nursery manager to lead our pre-school team and deliver high-quality early years education and care.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in childcare and education, with experience working with children aged 0-5 years and holding relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the pre-school team to deliver outstanding early years education and care
  • Manage the daily operations of the preschool, including staff supervision and child admissions
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of childcare and education
