Care Assistant Role
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide personal care duties, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
* Administer medication as required
* Manual handling, using equipment where necessary
* Promote customer health and wellbeing, enabling them to live their life to the full
**Requirements**
* Full and valid UK driving licence
* Willingness to use public transport if not a driver
* Access to a car (own car preferred)
* Right to work in the UK
* Excellent level of English

We offer a competitive rate of £10ph weekdays and £10.50ph on weekends, increasing to £15ph on bank holidays. We also provide 30p mileage allowance, 28 days holiday pro rata, full training induction, and ongoing training and support. Our team is like a family, and we care for each other as much as we care for our customers.
