Job Summary
We are looking for a Care Assistant to provide high-quality care and support to our residents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering person-centred care, promoting independence, and enhancing the overall wellbeing of our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Assist residents with daily activities, such as eating, drinking, and mobility
- Support residents with their medication and healthcare needs
- Encourage residents to participate in activities and engage with their surroundings
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered
Requirements
