In this role, you will work closely with teachers and other professionals to develop effective strategies for supporting students with SEN. You will also assist with individualized learning plans to support student progress and provide guidance and support to students to help them achieve their academic and personal goals. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team to develop and implement programs that promote student engagement and motivation.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will also be able to demonstrate your passion for education and commitment to providing the best possible opportunities for learners to succeed. With a competitive salary of £110-£130 per day (depending on experience), this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HLTA to join a dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of students.
