Indirect Senior Buyer Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Procurement graduate to join our team as an Indirect Senior Buyer. As a key member of our Procurement function, you will play a critical role in supporting the procurement of Indirect categories, including Logistics, IT, Professional Services, BPO, HR, Consultancy, Contingent Labour & Recruitment.

With a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills, you will work closely with our Procurement Managers to drive spend analysis, market research, supplier identification, contract negotiation, and post-contract supplier performance. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in contract management, supplier relationship building, and process improvement.

We are looking for a candidate who is highly numerate, with experience in using Excel, and has a strong understanding of procurement principles and practices. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about procurement and eager to learn and grow, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the procurement of Indirect categories, including Logistics, IT, Professional Services, BPO, HR, Consultancy, Contingent Labour & Recruitment
  • Conduct spend analysis, market research, and supplier identification to drive procurement savings
  • Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to ensure optimal performance
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in a relevant field, such as Procurement, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
  • Experience in procurement, preferably in an Indirect category
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using Excel and other procurement software
