Service Coordinator Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for our client in a Service Coordinator role. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
As the Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting the Service/Installations Manager and Supervisor.
- Answering the Service Line telephone promptly and pleasantly, and handling all calls/information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Monitoring the Service email inbox and dealing with any enquiries.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Good communication skills and a pleasant customer-focused attitude.
- A working knowledge of A/V installations with some technical knowledge.
- Good organisational skills.
- Good computer skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
