An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for our client in a Service Coordinator role. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.

As the Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Service/Installations Manager and Supervisor.
  • Answering the Service Line telephone promptly and pleasantly, and handling all calls/information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Monitoring the Service email inbox and dealing with any enquiries.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Good communication skills and a pleasant customer-focused attitude.
  • A working knowledge of A/V installations with some technical knowledge.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills.

Verisae, Expansive, Pronet, Oss, Bellrock, Cloud FM & Nexus
