Role Overview

At Gymshark Gymshark Limited, we're seeking a skilled Visual Merchandising Specialist to support the visual experience of our community in our Westfield, Stratford store.

As a Visual Merchandising Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing our brand to life through inspiring displays and product presentation.

This is a team-member store-based role with a specialization in Visual Merchandising, offering a competitive hourly rate of 95 GBP.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Create visually appealing and eye-catching visual displays to showcase our product collections and activities.
  2. Stay on top of current trends and implement innovative strategies to maintain a cohesive brand image.
  3. Ensure seamless New Product Drops in-store, aligning with current trends and campaign directives.
  4. Adapt hanging fixtures and update the physical layout of our display rails to maximize impact.
  5. Merchandise windows and displays with intent, adhering to brand direction and product functionality.
  6. Review daily sales performance to ensure commercial displays are maintained and stocked.
  7. Participate in daily floor walks to ensure the store is reviewed daily, pre-weekend, and ahead of peak periods.
  8. Support and guide the team through training and feedback to maintain visual standards.
  9. Contribute to the planning and execution of promotional activities.
  10. Maintain knowledge of the wider product range available online.
  11. Review performance of product collections to ensure the customer journey is supported by clear product presentation.
  12. Ensure the store is always ready to open, with all visual equipment and product moves completed prior to trading hours.
  13. Collaborate with Customer Team Leads to receive feedback and share insights on product performance.
  14. Stay informed about external brand activity, including window displays, key messages, and promotional activity.
  15. Inspire the internal and external community with innovative and dynamic styling.
  16. Demonstrate how our values show up through the care of our community as a Brand ambassador.

Requirements

  • Experience in a retail store visual merchandising role.
  • A natural flair for styling, colours, and outfit building.
  • Ability to commit to working flexibly, including weekends, bank holidays, and overnights.
