Key Responsibilities:
  • Audio typing and copy typing of memos, correspondence, and legal documents (minimum 60wpm)
  • Handling client inquiries and taking accurate messages, following up on agreed actions
  • Diary management and appointment scheduling
  • Email account management
  • File management and support for fee earners
  • Ensuring compliance with firm policies and procedures
  • Administrative tasks, including post duties
  • Supporting all departments, including administration and reception
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Legal Assistant (desirable)
  • Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy
  • Flexibility to adapt to client demands
  • Exceptional confidentiality and discretion
  • Knowledge of SOS document management system and Crescendo digital dictation (desirable)
