Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Head of Admissions to join our team at Aspire Jobs. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of student admissions and marketing efforts to enhance visibility, brand positioning, and pupil recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of student admissions, including compliance work and obtaining visas for overseas pupils.
- Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to enhance visibility, brand positioning, and pupil recruitment.
- Manage and coordinate marketing efforts, including weekly marketing meetings.
- Be the first point of contact for new enquiries from parents and facilitate meetings with the Head and SLT.
- Work closely with the School Business Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role within the education sector.
- Knowledge of the independent school sector.
- Passion for education and ability to articulate and promote the ethos and values of the school.
- Superb attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Computer-literate.
