Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum + bonus, reflecting your level of experience and qualifications.

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive individual to manage and develop client relationships while contributing to the company's long-term success. As a New Business Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing new and existing client accounts, responding to customer enquiries, and identifying new opportunities to drive growth within our target sectors. You will also be recognised for your achievements and provided with on-the-job training to develop your skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
* Build and manage new and existing client accounts
* Respond to customer enquiries and deliver tailored solutions
* Drive growth within industrial, construction, and commercial sectors

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Sales experience with a focus on B2B or B2C clients
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Background in construction, industrial, or commercial sectors is desirable

Benefits:
* 33 days' holiday per annum
* Company bonus scheme
* Early finish on Friday
