Join Our Team as a Food and Beverage Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Stratford Manor Hotel & Spa. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience.
  • Work with your team to drive revenue at every opportunity.
  • Ensure all team members have the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food and beverage department.
  • Ability to work in a professional, efficient, high-quality, service-oriented operation.
  • Good knowledge of wines and spirits.
  • Excellent team motivator and team builder.

Stratford Manor Hotel & Spa is a 4-star, 104-bedroom property located in Stratford-upon-Avon.
