Join Our Team as a Food and Beverage Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Stratford Manor Hotel & Spa. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our food and beverage team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the food and beverage team to ensure high standards of service and quality.
  • Work closely with the team to drive revenue growth and upsell opportunities.
  • Ensure all team members have the necessary training to provide excellent service and promote our products.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the food and beverage areas.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food and beverage department.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional, and efficient environment.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
  • Good knowledge of wines and spirits.
