About the Role
The Property Services Operative will provide support by delivering planned or requested activities to effectively deliver high-quality operations services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide robust and flexible support and undertake a number of duties such as routine maintenance tasks, grounds maintenance, cleaning, lift and shift, post, escorting, and other general duties in support of the Property Operations on a site.
- Ensure robust application of health, safety, and environmental procedures and processes.
- Deliver general service tasks as identified, such as hanging notice boards, weekly shower flushes, and recording for audit purposes, as well as conducting the receipting, sorting, recording (as appropriate), and delivery of post and parcels on site.
- Oversee the collection of waste items from across the site and disposal in the correct receptacles, including kitchen and dry waste recycling bins, as well as assist the Grounds maintenance team to maintain the site grounds to the required standard.
- Assist in resolving customer issues with outstanding tasks or deliveries and ensure the appropriate movement of consumables and materials across the site in the ongoing management of services.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive as part of a team and work independently.
- Manual Handling awareness/risk appreciation.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
