At Element Solutions Inc, we're committed to revolutionizing the electronics industry with innovative solutions. As a Production Blender, you'll play a vital role in our Ashby site, contributing to the success of our global operations.

About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our Production Department. As a Production Blender, you'll be responsible for blending, production, and labeling of intermediate and finished goods. Your primary focus will be on meeting production levels and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and maintain equipment to mix/blend materials according to production specifications.
  • Accurately complete paperwork detailing ingredients used in each blend, including instructions and sign-offs.
  • Adhere to the production schedule and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping in production areas and adhere to Health and Safety regulations.
  • Report any accidents or injuries and ensure proper first aid treatment.
  • Complete training on topics such as health and safety, occupational health, and corporate training courses.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a production environment and blending role is desirable, but full training will be provided.

Working Pattern

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 7:30 am to 4:15 pm with a 30-minute lunch break, and Friday 7:30 am to 12:00 pm.
