We are currently recruiting a Coffee Specialist to join our team at Compass Group UK. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee drinks, as well as maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that every customer leaves feeling satisfied and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing perfectly balanced coffee drinks that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Maintaining accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer needs and concerns.
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and product knowledge.
