Barista Extraordinaire

At WSH Group, we are seeking a highly motivated Barista Extraordinaire to join our team. As a key member of our coffee shop staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer leaves with a positive experience.

1. Delight our customers by greeting them in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Efficiently prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks using the correct methods, equipment, and to our standards.
3. Share the story of our menu and provide recommendations to customers while being aware of allergen procedures.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and surrounding areas in line with cleaning schedules, company, and COSHH standards.
5. Follow all health and safety and food safety guidelines and procedures.

We offer a full-time position with a salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per annum, plus additional benefits including a comprehensive training program and opportunities for career advancement.
