About the Role

As a skilled White Goods Repair Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides expert appliance repair services to households nationwide. With a proven track record in white goods repair, you will utilize your expertise and product knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues, ensuring seamless customer experiences.

You will work collaboratively with our regional field service teams, leveraging best practices and technologies to deliver exceptional service excellence. Your passion for problem-solving, combined with excellent communication skills, will enable you to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair complex appliance faults using advanced diagnostic techniques
  • Utilize specialized manufacturer training to ensure up-to-date knowledge of leading brands
  • Work efficiently and safely, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations and solutions
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in white goods repair, preferably in a field-based capacity
  • Up-to-date working knowledge of at least 4 of the following: washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, refrigeration, and cookers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A can-do attitude, enthusiasm for problem-solving, and a passion for delivering exceptional results
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • A salary of £31,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on skill set and experience
  • An uncapped bonus scheme to increase earnings potential
  • An OTE of up to £50,000 per annum
