About the Role

This field-based Domestic Appliance Service Technician role offers you the opportunity to work collaboratively with our teams to deliver exceptional service to our customers. As an experienced technician, you will diagnose and resolve issues using your expertise and product knowledge, supported by regional field service teams.

Your Skills and Qualifications

You'll be an experienced Domestic Appliance Service Technician with a proven background in white goods repair. You must have at least 2 years' experience in the white goods repair sector in a field-based capacity and have up-to-date working knowledge in fault diagnosis and repair of at least 4 of the following: washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, refrigeration, and cookers.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum (inclusive of a £5,000 High Cost Living weighting for candidates residing within the OX postcode area) for a 40-hour week, with an uncapped bonus scheme available to increase your earnings. Our estimated annual salary range is £31,000 - £50,000. We provide a comprehensive benefits package including:

Specialised Training and Support

We operate a City and Guilds Assured Training scheme, providing additional product upskilling if required, enabling you to expand your existing product skill set. You will receive manufacturer training from leading appliance brands and access to easy-to-use in-house engineer software for repair visits.
