Associate Partner - Valuation Consultancy

  • Conduct financial viability assessments for clients, including public authorities and developers.
  • Provide public sector asset valuations for accounting purposes, working with local authorities and other public bodies.

This role offers the right individual unrestricted opportunities for career progression as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend events to promote the business unit and company amongst clients and professional organisations.
  • Develop high-quality presentation skills, with the ability to present information accurately and succinctly both orally and in reports.
  • Hold a driving licence.
  • Demonstrate a proven record in valuation of a wide range of commercial property in various sectors, as well as the ability to value mixed-use properties.
  • Have a good working knowledge of principal valuation software packages, including Argus Enterprise, Argus Developer, and KEL Sigma & Developer.
  • Be fully conversant with up-to-date RICS Valuation - Professional Standards and financial reporting standards for UK GAAP and IFRS for valuations.
