Contract Manager Job Description

FM Conway is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our Flowline team. As our Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing the works programme, client relationships, and team performance within specified contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing and resourcing the works programme, working within the constraints and specification of the contracts
  • Ensuring that the works program is effectively resourced with labour, plant, and materials
  • Ensuring that all works are completed to both a timely and satisfactory standard
  • Building effective and professional working relationships with clients
  • Promoting and managing safe working processes at all times, including carrying out safety audits in accordance with pre-determined targets
  • Overseeing financial management, planning, systems, and controls of specified contracts
Requirements:
  • Experience in the Water and Drainage industry
  • Excellent stakeholder experience
  • Strong commercial understanding
  • Solid experience in programming of works
  • SMSTS or equivalent
  • NVQ Level 4 qualification
  • Full UK driving licence
